As first time homebuyers, the process of purchasing a home can be quite overwhelming. Thanks to the Christine Cowern Team and their number of services, our experience was actually quite wonderful! For our homebuying, we were assigned an excellent team for a full-service experience.
Chad was our wonderful agent. He knew the market well, was happy to answer our numerous silly questions at all sorts of hours (sometimes responding to us as early as sunrise to late into the evening), and he was always punctual despite Toronto traffic which really adds to his professionalism.
Rakhee was our mortgage broker and her level of customer service was incredibly superb. She always kept us in the loop with updates and when there was a hiccup with our legal counsel, Rakhee took care of the situation in a snap.
Rachael was our design guru and provided us with our new home design consultation. She was very helpful to us as new homebuyers, providing us with some great tips and advice for our home.
Client care services was a very nice offering as well, and Lori the client care specialist whom we worked with, helped us with some of our specific research needs for our new home and we found her to be very responsive.
All in all, we loved our experience, and if we were to do it all over again, this team would definitely be the one we would call.
