The Character
I-Zone Lofts is located in Leslieville which is ever growing in popularity due to its fantastic location and newly revival of the area. Formerly an industrial manufacturing facility, I-Zone was converted into awesome lofts in 1959. The building is a 2 storey in some areas and 4 storey in others with businesses occupying the ground units.The Units
The units range from 500-3000 sq feet with 16-30 foot ceilings, concrete, laminate & hardwood flooring, skylights, large industrial double doors, custom stairs, some even have private access to a rooftop terrace.
What We Love
There is a real industrial feel that is preserved through the over hanging lights, big steel doors and concrete flooring in the hallways that open up to beautiful lofts.
What We Don't
Parking spots are very limited as there are only 70 parking spots available, therefore not every gets one.
