The Character
These condos, like most along the Harbourfront, are defined by their proximity to Lake Ontario. Queens Harbour, though, are known for being some of the most spacious and some of the best down by the water. That’s because they sit just east of Bathurst Street, and just south of Fort York Boulevard – they have clear shot of both the lake and the city, uninterrupted by towering buildings right next door. Each unit is something like a blank slate, which really allows your imagination to come to life. On top of that, you can find hardwood flooring, stainless steel appliances, granite countertops, and breathtaking views (of either the city of the lake).
What We Love
Make no mistake about it, this condo is right downtown. The best part about it, though, is that it often doesn’t feel like it. Being nestled on the waterfront has its advantages, and one of them is that you feel like you’re in your own little world – there’s no such thing as urban congestion in one of these condos.
What We Don't
While this condo does have beautiful views, the view of the building itself is decidedly unspectacular. There really isn’t anything special about this building, when compared to the beautiful lofts and other architectural wonders you might be able to find in the city. It’s a decidedly average look for a Toronto condo.
