My husband and I just purchased our first home with the help of Catherine and we are so excited! We met on Thursday and had our offer accepted for a home that ticks all our boxes on Tuesday. It moved so fast, but being first time home buyers, Catherine gave excellent advice and basically held our hand through the entire experience. Her communication skills, not just with us but with the sellers, was stellar. She seemed to know exactly what to do to get us our home on our terms and also make it appealing enough to the sellers.
