The Vibe:

Art Deco elegance sitting right on the waterfront in this heritage-designated building.

The Character

Tip Top Lofts features quintessential loft conversion, right down to preserving the building’s original sign on top – although with a bit of a slant. Originally an industrial building for Tip Top Tailors, a suit-making company, this building represents what was an exciting time in Toronto’s 20th century growth.

The Units

There are all kinds of sizes when it comes to units in the Tip Top Lofts - thanks due in part to the additional six storeys added to the top of the building when it was converted into condos. Views, views, views are the name of the game when it comes to living here, and the units also feature the classic character and charm of a building that has been around for 100 years.

What We Love

Sitting right on the waterfront, this building is such a romantic reminder of when the Toronto Harbourfront was bustling. Nowadays, this building is not only close to the waterfront, but to parks, trails, and even the Canadian National Exhibition (the CNE) during the summertime.

What We Don't

No matter the neighbourly vibes, sitting south of the Gardiner and right on Lakeshore Boulevard can have an isolating effect on those living here. The lack of local amenities can be a bit of a deal breaker for some, but if you’re more of the mobile type you’re sure to enjoy living here.
