Tara and Christine were amazing at communication and helping us to find our home in East York in 2018. We spent about 1 year searching all around Toronto for a home and learning the market and the process and Christine’s team was extremely patient with us as we had a lot to learn!! We did not feel pressured despite the numerous homes we looked at and we got the home we fell in love with in the end after a steep learning curve and multiple bidding wars! In 2021 we reached back out to this fantastic team to sell our North York 2 bedroom condo townhouse and we would use their team again in a heartbeat! The Toronto real estate market is finnicky and changes from month to month, and we were so lucky to have Tara’s expertise and guidance in listing and selling our home. Lastly, we leaned on this team to help us navigate buying a Muskoka cottage in 2022. We really feel like they are a part of our extended family in how much they have grown with us over the years.
