We had a great experience with Ali in the purchase of our new home. Our search wasn’t easy – we were selling our condo, while also looking for a new house. She was very patient and understanding throughout. What stood out was her willingness to help us move quickly on a few decisions. She was […]

Zero stress and record selling price. Christine and her team (Tara) are the best in the business, in my opinion. From reviewing the market for a period of time before Listing my property, to the process of collaboration on how to best showcase my home and establishment of the right price when going to Market, the […]

I had a great time working with Jolay!! She helped me find my new bachelorette pad in Guelph. I had a lot of questions and she was there to answer all of them. She knew what I was looking for and together we found my new place. Thanks for all your hard work Jolay.

The Christine Cowern Team have been a positive, wonderful experience for my first time home-buying. It was helpful having a team of members to work with so everything was seamless as possible for condo searching, coordinating with a mortgage broker and legal team. They also provided a list of contractors and movers they vouch for […]

She beautifully staged my home, which truly showcased it at its best, and she achieved a […]

Jolay was so great to work with and I’d highly recommend her to anyone! The process can feel overwhelming especially as a first-time buyer, but working with Jolay was actually enjoyable. She was also readily available. Whenever I had a question or needed to follow up on something, I heard back quickly. What I appreciated […]

What a wonderful experience from start to finish! As a first time homebuyer, I went in with very little knowledge of what to look for, but Ali made the whole process so much easier. At every viewing, she was honest, patient, and always pointed out things we wouldn’t have noticed ourselves. She was always on […]

Working with Christine was awesome. Extremely efficient and enthusiastic about real estate. Felt as though we were in good hands the entire way. We sold our condo townhouse after only a few weeks during a challenging time for the market (and for asking price!). Can’t say enough good things!

Great experience working with Tara and the entire team who made buying our house as easy and pleasant as possible. We’re taking full advantage of almost all the services they provide and it’s really refreshing to find a company that really gets what full service actually means!
