What We Love
The lofts are located in the vibrant neighbourhood of the Annex which is a sought after place to live for many people from all different walks of life. It is a heterogeneous community with its residents from successful business people, prominent artists, University of Toronto students and faculty.
What We Don't
The only downside about living in some parts of the Annex is the parking situation. For family and friends coming to visit, it can be a challenge trying to find parking, so planning ahead is key.

The building location makes it very convenient to get around town with ease. Residents can enjoy the common rooftop deck, BBQs, business centre, parking garage, pets are allowed and an enter phone system.
Within a 10 Minute Walk
The street is lined with boutique shops, quaint cafes, cozy restaurants, and trendy bars and venues. A few local hot spots worth visiting include Roti Cuisine of India for delicious curry and vegetable dishes, Kos Café and Restaurant for a homey all-day-breakfast, and Insomnia on Bloor Street for anyone who enjoys martinis.
