The Vibe:

Truly contemporary living spaces, in a quaint urban neighbourhood

The Character

Located in the artsy and stylish Beaconfield Village on the corner of two quaint, tree-lined, residential streets is Argyle Lofts. Built in 1873, it was once home to the Ideal Bread Company and later converted into hard lofts in 2007. With 86 suites on six floors, this trendy hot spot is well known among young professionals. Surrounded by convenient bicycle lanes on Adelaide and Richmond Street, it makes this building the prefect location for getting around town with ease.

The Units

The  building offers various layout styles & floor plans, ranging from 484 to 1,838 square-feet. There still remains many of the traditional features such as hardwood floors, exposed ductwork, with many two-level lofts that showcase the mezzanine level, overlooking the living room and spacious open-concept kitchens.

What We Love

There aren't any amenities however, there is visitor parking, which can be deemed as an luxury as many of the condo/loft conversions do not offer parking for your family & friends.

What We Don't

Lacks amenities but, on the upside, it does have visitor parking available.

Features & Facilities

Some features include visitor parking, BBQs, parking garage, pets are allowed and an enter phone system for your convenience.
