Located in the charming neighbourhood of Little Portugal is Artscape Triangle Lofts designated as affordable live/work residences for artists. Yes, the building is exclusively for artists only. For professional artists, potential buyers or renters must meet certain designations in order to live here. Once you are accepted, you join a vibrant community of artists and arts professionals. Designed with the chief aim of being affordable for Toronto artists, one-bedroom loft-style suites to two-bedroom apartments range well below market pricing. The building offers 70 units that feature a live/work artist residence that maintains the original character of Queen West’s creative past. What We Love
The ground floor of Artscape Triangle Lofts showcases a 1,100 square-foot public gallery space, which hosts regular shows for the residents of Artscape to display their work to the public.
What We Don't
There aren't any amenities here but that's how residents can keep their monthly costs down. So if you are looking for amenities, this may not be the right fit for you.

Artscape Triangle Lofts do not have any amenities however, it is conveniently located along Queen Street and King Street give residents easy access to the excitements of downtown.

Little Portugal has an array of different cafes, restaurants, and galleries along Queen Street and up to Dundas Street West. Some places to check out is the Drake Hotel, Beaver Café for Sunday brunch, Electric Mud BBQ for lovers of smoked meats, and The Melody Bar inside The Gladstone Hotel for karaoke and martinis.
