The Vibe:

A bold neo-modernist design in a progressively urban neighbourhood is a sight to see!

The Character

Located in the popular neighbourhood of Little Italy is Cube Lofts with its bold neo-modernist design of dark steel and glass. Known as one of the smallest buildings among the West End condos, it makes up for it with its grandeur urban character and smart use of space. Cube Lofts stands at six-storeys and offers 21 uniquely designed lofts. You will find a mix of one and two-bedroom suites, some of which are two-levels varying from unit to unit. This architectural marvel is a sight to see!

The Units

Interior finishes vary between suites, but some common features are open-concept living areas and kitchens, nine-foot ceilings, bright floor-to-ceiling windows, hardwood floors, and European cabinetry. On the top floor of Cube Lofts there are two penthouse suites with floor plans up to 2,100 square-feet. They enjoy huge open layouts with space for a home office, plus private rooftop decks accessed via stairs or a private elevator.

What We Love

There is the idea of utmost exclusivity as there are only 21 units in this building.

What We Don't

Be sure to check if your pup is on the restricted breed list, if so, this may not be the right fit for you.
