Each of the twenty homes has been designed by Cecconi Simone, with remarkable attention to luxurious detail. The exterior of the building stands out because of its crisp, iconic facade which has been carefully designed by Audax Architecture. Edition Richmond was awarded the 2011 Toronto Urban Design Award as well as a Heritage Toronto Award of Merit.

What We Love

Everything in the units have been well thought off and the craftsmanship is remarkable.

What We Don't

This building does not have amenities which would be nice for those cold wintery days when leaving the house can be difficult to do.

Features & Facilities

There aren't any amenities here however, for those residents without a car, you can get around rather easily. The closest transit stop is a short walk away connecting you to the TTC. Residents also have easy access to the Gardiner Expressway via Spadina Ave, which is within a 4 minute drive.

Within a 10 Minute Walk

Be sure to check out Chippys Fish And Chips and BRONCOS. For the coffee lovers, you're not too far from White Squirrel Coffee Shop which has some of the best coffee in the city! Groceries can be found at Sanko Trading Co. which is not far away and you'll find Shoppers Drug Mart not far away as well. For those days you just want to be indoors, you can easily walk to the Childrens Discovery Centre, Stuart Jackson Gallery, Pari Nadimi Gallery and Victor Gallery where you can get lost for hours. If you're in the mood to take in a show, Royal Alexandria Theater is not too far away. For some fresh air, you have a choice of Trinity Bellwoods Park or Stanley Park North.
