When you look up “lofts” in the dictionary, a picture of the Feather Factory Lofts should appear. These are true lofts, situated in an Ontario-designated heritage building, which was an old bedding factory. The lofts retain this unique factory style, and have so much charm and character you have to see them for yourself.The Units
Huge windows, exposed brick, and wooden post-and-beam construction really help make this space shine. The units have tall ceilings, ranging in size, and their style is perfect for someone who already has that “warehouse living” aesthetic in mind.
What We Love
The location is great – right at High Park and Roncesvalles, this is the perfect place if you want to feel secluded and close to plenty of green space.
What We Don't
This building doesn’t include parking, so you’ll have to make due with street parking or parking at the nearby Loblaws. Either way, you might not even need a car when you have public transportation options like the Dundas streetcar close at hand.
