The CharacterLocated in the bustling neighbourhood of King West is King Charlotte's Lofts. The lofts were built in 2016 by Niche Development based on a series of designed boxes, all of different types and sizes which is quite playful but adds to its extremely clean and crisp exterior. The boxes stack upon each other, and not necessarily in a fashion that one might initially imagine. The retail box protrudes from the podium box, the tower box appears to teeter and overhang the podium box, and the over sized rooftop amenity box actually does overhang the tower box. The building features a total of 232 units, sizes range from 642 to 763 square feet.
The units feature floor to ceiling windows, pre-finished engineered wood floors, porcelain floor tile in bathroom, European style kitchen cabinetry, stone surface counter top & glass tile backsplash.
What We Love
The exterior of this building is majestic with it's glass paneling & superior views of downtown Toronto from every angle.
What We Don't
If you're looking for a more low key neighbourhood, perhaps this wouldn't be a good fit as the King West area never sleeps.
