The Character

MacDonnel Lofts is located on the corner of MacDonnel and Wright Avenue in Toronto’s Roncesvalles Village. A former tool and dye factory, this building was converted into 6 authentic loft units in 1986, making this one of the first loft conversions in the city! This boutique building has been updated throughout the years and it can only get better, definitely a place to watch.

The Units

The building stands three storeys tall and features suites ranging from 1 bedroom to a 3 plus a den which range from 1,000 sqft to 2,000 sqft. Some units boast rooftop terraces, perfect for taking in the view!
