The Character
The Madison Avenue Lofts is one of the hard loft conversions found in the prestigious area of Casa Loma. Formerly a Toronto Hydro storage facility, the Madison Avenue Lofts were converted into art-déco style residences in 2009. Casa Loma is best known for its namesake castle surrounded by some of Toronto's most exclusive residences. The area is largely residential, so it's nice and quiet for being so close to downtown. The Units
The units boast 14-foot high ceilings, exposed-duct work, industrial detailing offer a mix of traditional design and industrial features, traditional interior doors and basements with industrial-style black-painted window frames. The units are warm & their eclectic style offer a generous, open concept layout that has an airy feel and plenty of natural light.
