The Character
Located in Roncesvalles Village, known as a culturally rich neighbourhood, this century old candy factory was converted in 2007 into one of the nicest hard lofts in Toronto. What We Love
This charming hard loft is located in a very quiet, family friendly neighbourhood that is perfect for raising a family. With its easy access to TTC it makes getting around town very easy.
What We Don't
There aren't many amenities here, so if you are one that loves the bells & whistles, you may be a little underwhelmed.

Limited amenities include an excellent fitness centre, a multipurpose/party room, visitor parking, parking garage, BBQs allowed, common rooftop deck, enter phone system & your furry friends are allowed.
Within a 10 Minute Walk
Within a 10 minute walk you can be sure to find boutique shops, restaurants, bars along Roncesvalles Avenue from Queen Street to Bloor Street in Toronto’s West End. You can walk to the Polish neighbourhood which features many Polish restaurants and hosts an annual Polish Festival. High Park is down the street where residents will find it easy to get outdoors and enjoy nature. You can enjoy Revue Cinema for an evening at the movies. The area is home to many schools, a NoFrills, FreshCo, and Loblaws are located right down the street along with a countless number of independent markets and specialty food shops.
