The Vibe:

Designed as a live-work soft loft, the vibe has a wonderful sense of community within a community like no other with something to do on any given night.

The Character

Soho Lofts Starwood Centre was once an office building that was converted into a mixed commercial & residential dream.  With its impressive glass paneled exterior, Soho Lofts has become a hard to miss landmark on the corner of Richmond & Brant Street. There's great potential here for homeowners looking for a unique space they can personalize.

The Units

The units feature concrete floors, ceilings, and accent pillars, plus the ceilings are up to 15-feet high, with huge bright windows for natural light.

What We Love

Public transit & location is worth mentioning as the TTC is right outside your door which makes it super easy to get around town. Located on Queen Street West offers an array of restaurants, bars, galleries, there is so much to do that you don't need a car.

What We Don't

The glass panel exterior is very modern which sets it apart from the typical loft style buildings on Queen Street. However, if you are one for the more eclectic, untouched, urban style, then perhaps this is not the place for that.

Features & Facilities

Some features include Gym / Exercise Room, enter phone system, parking garage, perfect for bikers, walkers & easy access to the TTC.

Within a 10 Minute Walk

The building is just a short walk to the boutique shopping and restaurants of King West’s Fashion and Entertainment Districts, Queen Street music and shows, and outdoor activities along Toronto’s waterfront. Local groceries can be picked up at Fresh & Wild Food Market at the corner of Spadina and King, Loblaws at Queen and Portland, and JC Foodlane on Wellington. Be sure to check out Rock Lobster on Queen Street, Spice Route on King for a nightclub styled restaurant of Indo-Chinese cuisine, and The Rivoli on Queen for a lively nightclub and pool hall. For those seeking some greenspace check out St. Andrew's Playground across the street and Alexandra Park to the North. Or head west down Queen a bit to Trinity Bellwoods Park, which hosts a number of events and festivals, a well-frequented dog park, a well-used community athletic centre including two swimming pools, outdoor volleyball and tennis courts, a large playground, a hockey rink, fields for soccer, football and rugby, and three softball fields.
