The Vibe:

An innovative marriage where historical charm meets the fashionably modern

The Character

Located in the newly revitalized neighbourhood of Moss Park, nestled on a quiet residential street behind the old Stonecutter Arms Pub, is Stonecutter Lofts. This very exclusive three storey building offers just five boutique style lofts that is an ideal live/work space for urban professionals to live, work & play. Exterior has a very industrial type feel with its original post & bean structure reminiscent of its history as being a century old warehouse. In 2005, the structure was converted into the modern hard lofts that we know today. In 2011, Stonecutter Lofts earned itself the Ontario Association of Architects Award.

The Units

Each unit features exposed brick, real hardwood floors, extra-wide living spaces, above-grade finishes and large open layouts. If that isn't enough, Stonecutter Lofts offers one of the largest and most spectacular penthouse suites in Toronto. The unit is over 4,000 square-feet with heated floors, sandblasted brick, a beautiful outdoor courtyard and even an outdoor shower.

What We Love

Urban professionals have a live/work space where they can work, live and play!

There are only 5 of these beauties which makes living here very exclusive. You can absolutely enjoy the best of both worlds as there is ample privacy and seclusion from the outside world, while still living in the heart of the city.

What's really nice is that you can walk or take the TTC to work, as Bay Street, King Street or Queen Street streetcar can zip you anywhere around town with ease.

What We Don't

On the downside, there are only 5 which makes living here extremely difficult as they very rarely become available.

Features & Facilities

Some features are the gym/exercise room, parking garage, easy access to public transit & you can bring Fido along as pets are allowed here!

Within a 10 Minute Walk

Be sure to check out Café 260 for coffee and sandwiches, Mengrai Gourmet Thai on Richmond Street, and Fusaros for a cozy authentic style Italian food. There are a variety of grocery stores and markets down on Front Street for your shopping needs.
