The Character

This stately building is approximately 100 years old and was once a luxurious New York style hotel, which has since been converted to the amazing lofts, that we know today.

The Units

The building is a mid-rise condominium that’s so full of charm & allure. Bright, contemporary units have hard wood & cork flooring, some units have terraces, French doors, full balconies, the units are considered to be larger than most condos in the area for the price.

What We Love

The community is very close knit and quiet. The residents enjoy the picturesque courtyard on the main level as it is a wonderful place to meet new people.

What We Don't

There isn’t much as far as spectacular views as the building is a mid rise among much taller condominiums.
