The Character
Zip Condos is the second phase in Monarch Group’s premiere Liberty Village condo development. Located on the corner of Western Battery Road and Pirandello Street, Zip Condos share a near-similar contemporary design found in its neighbour, Vibe at Liberty Village. What We Love
There are tons of amenities to choose from, so you don't have to leave the comforts of your home for some entertainment. The entertainment hot spot, called Zip Club, is located in the middle of a few connecting buildings, so there's a good chance to meet your neighbours and make new friendships.
Also for those that work from home, enjoy streaming movies or playing video games, Beanfield Fibre is available which is fantastic.
The car wash is another extra little bonus that you don't find available too often.

With having so many wonderful amenities, it can bring your maintenance fees to higher limits.

Within a 10 Minute Walk
Within a 10 minute walk, you can enjoy the thrills of Toronto’s Entertainment District and the Waterfront. King West and Little Portugal, is where residents can enjoy the cultural restaurants and seasonal events. Be sure to check out Drake Hotel, plus many recreational activities in Liberty Village like rock-climbing gyms. You can find good eats at Balzac’s Liberty Village, or enjoy a pint at Williams Landing. If you're wanting to eat in, there is a large Metro Supermarket and Pharmacy found just around the corner on Lynn Williams Street. For some fresh air, Liberty Village Park, is down Fleet Street to the Waterfront, or you can take a walk north to Trinity Bellwoods on Queen Street, a great spot for all kinds of outdoor activities.
