The Story
One of the older Toronto neighbourhoods (established in the early 1800s), Mimico is an established neighbourhood located in the Etobicoke area of just west downtown Toronto. The majority of the residential makeup are low-rise apartment buildings and detached homes, however, there is a high concentration of condo buildings near the lake shore.
