“Let’s meet at Bellwoods” is a statement uttered by almost every Torontonian at some point during the year. Trinity College used to sit in the centre of Trinity Bellwoods Park but was demolished – all that remains are the strikingly white gates at the park’s south-facing entrance. The neighbourhood itself has since been populated by Portuguese immigrants, and others of various nationalities, as the area grew more and more.
Trinity Bellwoods real estate is more often known for its stretch of West Queen West, which has time and time again been referred to as one of the hippest stretches in the entire country.
