Catherine worked tirelessly over several years to find me just the right condo for retirement and then negotiated a price under asking in a seller’s market! Wow. Then Tara supported me with access to staging suggestions and contractors for small repairs prior to marketing my house. After 12 hours on MLS, we got multiple offers and sold for more than 15% over asking! This all-women team is professional, responsive and skilled in negotiation. The support before, during and after purchase and sale is superb. I highly recommend this amazing team to anyone buying or selling in the GTA!
