This is our 4th time using Christine and her team. Our experience has always been outstanding.

Christine is the most dedicated and knowledgable real estate agent that we have ever worked with. She always makes time for you no matter how busy she is. My husband and I purchased our most recent place together, this was my first time buying, Christine was very good at ensuring the place was in good order especially things I did not check in the walk though she was on it. We truly love working with Christine and her team because they are very quick to respond to emails/ calls and if there is a request they ensure to complete it ASAP. Christine truly cares for her clients and always ensure they are taken care of. We truly consider Christine as a friend not just a agent, she is so warm and welcoming.

My husband and I view the condo on Saturday at 2PM and Rakhee and Anika (Mortgage Savvy) they did the underwrite in just under and hour and we purchases the place by 8PM. Needless to say they are a DREAM TEAM. Anika was excellent took the time to go over every detail which was great as this was all new and abundance of information. (Thank you for the wondering house warming gift guys)
