The Vibe

Filled with lush parks, ravines & a bustling shopping district located on the main strip that is lively during the day and quiet at night.

The Story

Woodbine Corridor is one part of the overall makeup of what is known as The Beaches. In 1932, when public access became available, Woodbine Corridor became one of the neighbourhoods that sprung to life. As the emergence of cottage style homes began to populate the Woodbine Corridor real estate scene, the importance of keeping the area at its most natural state was paramount.

The Convenience

Woodbine Corridor is a narrow rectangle that runs from Coxwell Avenue in the west, along the way to Woodbine Ave in the east, then along Queen St and Kingston Rd in the south, flowing all the way north to Danforth Ave. It can be easily accessed by streetcar, as well as the Bloor-Danforth line subway in the north. You can be sure to find many bars, restaurants, local grocery stores and farmers markets along the way. Home to a variety of parks, outdoor entertainment, fancy to burger joints, you can definitely find your fair share of things to do, just minutes away from your home.

From June to October, there is the annual East Lynns Farmers Market that includes everything from delicious treats to fresh vegetables, all the way to live entertainment, face painting for the kids and movie nights for the family. At the southern end of the neighbourhood, you can find splash pads for those sizzling summer days, a fire pit for the cool nights and tons of playgrounds for the kids. Woodbine Corridor is not short of family fun entertainment!

The Residents

The locals in the area are made up of a mix of young families wanting to remain close to schools, to environmentally conscious individuals wanting to live in the city and everything in between. There is always something to do during the day while maintaining a peaceful quiet neighbourhood at night. Woodbine Corridor real estate is one of the last remaining affordable areas amongst a growing market in Toronto that is family friendly in the east end.

The Best Part

You get to enjoy living the city life in an area that is family friendly without sacrificing the love of living close to the centre of it all.
