Are you looking for some fun this summer? There is never a shortage of things to do and see in Toronto, especially in the summer time. We thought it would be fun to share some of our favourite annual events with you!

Check out some of these great events happening around the city all summer long. Get off that couch and go have some fun!

1. World Pride Parade – June 29, 2014 @ 1pm

Starting at the corner of Church and Bloor and working itself down Yonge Street to Dundas Square. This parade is sure to be one of the best you have ever seen. Expected to be the biggest and best Pride parade ever in the city of Toronto, you won’t want to miss it! Make sure to get there early if you want to get a good view! 2. Canada Day at Ashbridge’s Bay – July 1, 2014 @ All Day at Coxwell & Lakeshore in the Beach

This is where you will find some of the biggest and best fireworks in the city starting any time after 9:30pm. Ashbridge’s bay Canada Day event is a tradition for many families and locals. You will find live music bands, food vendors and even some boardwalk entertainment all day long! Make sure you don’t forget your sunscreen! 3. Summerlicious – July 4 – July 20, 2014 @ Various Locations

4. Toronto’s Festival of Beer – July 25 – July 27, 2014

5. The Taste of the Danforth – August 9 – August 11, 2014

Opa! If you love great food and great music there is no better place to be! A celebration of the Greek culture as the Danforth shows off its tasty food to the masses. You can find everything from Chicken Souvlaki, Saganaki, Moussaka and even a Cheeseburger if that is more your style. 6. The Canadian National Exhibition – August 15 – September 1, 2014

Last but not least, the staple of Toronto summers, The Canadian National Exhibition! Perfect for a day out with the family or a night out for a date, there is plenty to do for everyone. Rides, games and a carnival atmosphere are things nobody grows out of. What if you get hungry? The food building has been one of the biggest attractions at the CNE for many years. Every year providing new and unique food items that make people so intrigued they go to the festival just for the food! Chocolate covered bacon, Deep fried butter, Crispy Crème Donut Burger…..do I really need to say more? Generations of families have and continue to go to the CNE for a reason….it’s Toronto’s big kick off to the end of summer. Don’t miss it!
