We had a very tight timeline and requirements for our dream home, and Christine and her team were able to deliver on all their promises. Not only were they very eager to find us a home, they were professional, easy to work with, and very accommodating–often showing us houses on the weekends and into the late hours on weekdays, to suit our busy schedule. The Christine Cowern Team’s Buyer Specialist is by far the best realtor we’ve ever worked with, simply because she is honest and has our best interest at heart, and not her own. She is also reliable and very hardworking, never losing momentum, and able to persevere and keep us from being discourage during bidding wars.
Often times, finding a home can be a stressful experience, but they have made it an extremely pleasant one for us. Though we’re happy we found our dream home, we’re sad to see that we won’t be hanging out with the Christine Cowern Team anymore.
We will definitely be keeping their team in mind the next time we buy/sell our homes and will be recommending them to all our friends and family.
